Who we look for
You do not need a teaching credential. You need to know the material and want students to have it. Our instructors come from industry, from classrooms, and from the Phoenix neighborhoods our students grow up in.
- Industry or classroom experience in CS, AI, or a related field
- Comfortable with high school students and a noisy room
- Based in or able to travel around the Phoenix metro
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not a requirement
